I've been busy with school and work. I ahve midterms this week. gish, I wish this semester was over already!!! Anyway, I was actually pretty good yesterday.
AM - cup of coffee, two cups of tea
B - Miceller milk protein shake and an apple
L - 3 oz of grilled chicken and tossed salad
S - 2 TB peanutbutter and some wheatables, 2 s/f cookies
D - Another piece of grilled chicken and green beans - no butter, s/f jello for dessert
I only had 3 s/f hard candies after dinner
Water - over 100 oz
meds and vits - yup
exercise - an hour of cardio dance and upper body weights.

Just wanted to pop in and tell you I'm thinking about you (and worried about you!) I can relate to your anxiety although for me, it WAS prior to WLS. I couldn't even run to the grocery by myself - would rather take the toddler with me than go by myself (now that's sad!) I hope you get some answers from your doc, or at least led in the right direction.

Let's see... I'm having a hard time remembering today for some reason...
B - low carb yogurt
MS - small apple, couple ounces of cheese
L - bowl of ham and bean soup, small salad with cottage cheese, chicken and pickled beets
AS - Achieveone
AS - Venti iced SF Hazlenut NF Latte
D - 2/3 of a bologna and cheese sandwhich on rye

"subliminal" hahahaha the breakfast bar has 10 g. and I added in a teaspoon of peanut butter too. The kids think I'm major WEIRD with my eatting tonight. Guess I am.

Hopefully, that's it, eh? LOL!
Good move on the early appointment. Be sure to bring something with you to eat after you get done at the lab. (Mother Hen, that I am...)

Cup o' joe w/ creamer, minimoos, sweet n' low
B: Deli ham and cheese rollups, small apple
L: Boiled shrimp, lime and ****tail sauce; cucumber slices and jalapeno ranch dressing (Lighthouse)
1 SF York Peppermint Patty
S: Protein shake
D: Beef stew that is in the crockpot
S: Protein shake and maybe a Blue Bunny SF Ice Cream Pop
Water: 70 oz in more to follow
Vitamins: Yuppers

Thanks for the support Kathy. I haven't had full labs drawn since January, so it's definately time for me. I made my apt at 7:45 am so I could see him, get the lab slip and do right to the lab for my fasting test. Poor guy is going to get bombarded first thing tomorrow. Here's my list:
1. full labs done
2. check lump I found in my neck
3. need something to help sleep/anxiety/depression
4. check sugar level for diabeties (I've been pre-diabetic for a long time)
5. try to make sense of this NUTTY woman!!!
eks, I'm forgetting something, hopefully it'll come to me before tomorrow.
