B- 2 cups of coffeee with SF Hazelnut and 1 scoop oc AnyWhet protein powder
(17g + 17 g = 34 over 2 hours )
L- a diet mountain dew???????
S- 1/2 cup mixed nuts from Costco and a few Costco samples as I shopped!!!
S- 13g protein yogurt blue bunny smootie
D- whole grain low carb high protein (13g) wrap with grilled chicken and cheese
S- 2 Michelob Ultras????????
On the bright side I took all my vitamins and drank all my water!! Honesty is the best policy!!!

Just wanted to say "Hey!"
Everyday I come to OH to get my daily dose of reality. To remember the moment that I realized weight loss surgery was right for me, to revisit the struggles I went thru with the insurance company, to recall the battles I had with friends and family, to reflect on the past couple of years and to rejoice in how far I have come!
Reality........
Remember, Realize, Revisit, Recall, Reflect and Rejoice!!! and Relish in my success!!!

Okay, so I drive all the way out to school... Did wind up hitting Starbucks... what can I say, I'm an addict....
Park on the opposite side of campus, walk alllllll the way to class, only to find out it's cancelled!
Except then I had to walk alllllll the way back across campus so I could sit in a virtual parking lot to get off campus and come back home...
But, now I get to go for a walk!
Me and Holden are out the door right now.
Oh - and I have on drawstring pants tonight....

Geez...I think I may have said that pre-op. DOH!
Well... it was a concern of mine. Having lost 32 lbs prior to surgery and wanting to only lose 84 after... I was at times concerned about the surgery working too well. Luckily my body seems to have settled in comfy just about where I want it.

As for me:
Pre-B: Protein shake w/ coffee
B: Cup o' joe, shredded chicken in tomatoes w/ cheddar cheese melted on top
L: Shredded chicken in tomatoes w/ cheddar cheese melted on top (revisted)
S: Protein shake, 2 slices provolone
D: Tilapia pan sauteed in lemon and butter, broccoli in cheese sauce (me thinks)
S: Protein shake, piece of sugar free chocolate swirl cheesecake
Water: Working on 40 oz. 2 mugs of decaf tea. That's it. Not good so far.
Vitamins: Got more calcium to do.
Exercise: I'm out of my routine... argh!

We make chicken divan like that. We make it with cream o' chicken soup, mayo and lemon juice, I think, as the sauce. Yummers.
