S. 1/3 c salt free roasted peanuts
L. 2 chz sticks, 1 ff yogurt
S. 1 oz chicken, 1 c grapes
D. chicken divan: broccoli,cream of celery soup w/chicken topped w/Ital. chz , 1/3 c
noodles
S. choc prot. shake w/ banana,
*maybe fruit salad/jello ... if I feel a snack attack coming on
80 oz. tea/coffee
water aerobics 1 hr.
( thank God the pool re-opened )

It's beautiful up north, too.. Too bad I have to go to class. Actually, this is an attendance-is-optional class.... tempting...
Not going to make it to the gym - just not going to have enough time. I'm definately going to have to plan to take my stuff and go straight from work, I think....
Depending on how dark it is and how I feel when I get home, I may walk afterwards. If not, I'm at least planning on parking on the opposite end of campus so I'll get a little bit in.

Well, let's see:
Pre B - AchievOne shake - cappucino - eh, it was ok, like the hazlenut better
B - 2 scrambled eggs, slice of bacon
MS - some carrots and cukes
L - 1/2 a Wendy's cheeseburger
AS - some ham and cheese and crackers
AS - protein bar
D - dunno, I've got class tonight so won't be eating until late, probably tuna on salad
Vits - good so far
Water - not as good as yesterday, but probably 50 oz or so. I'm not going to s-bucks tonight, taking water to class
Exercise - not going to make it to the gym before class, not going to be enough time, but will probably walk when I get home.

Do you have to eat everything through a straw for the rest of your life?
When will you have it "undone"?
