Those are FABULOUS WOW moments! Isn't that amazing how we don't see the change in ourselves very much (it takes pictures for me too, well actually comparing to an earlier one). Keep up the excellent work everyone! Love ya all! Pam

I would say increase your cheese. Cottage Cheese, String Cheese, you'll get protein from them and it helps to solidify your bm's. I have IBS, but since surgery I don't. It didn't matter what I ate before surgery, within 1/2 to 1 hour I was in the bathroom....I now have the opposite effect....honestly, I prefer the before surgery bm's, but I was like that for many years. I eat the Atkins bars for protein. Hope it gets better soon. IBS generally goes in waves....right now it's acting up, but it may change. Here's hoping. Take care of you! Pam

WOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Congrats on making it to the Century Club! You've done an amazing job! Keep up the excellent work. I totally know discouraging....it goes so quickly at first and then slows down, mine usually stops for a while and then will move a few pounds. Then stop, then move. So frustrating. Can't wait for you to make it to ONDERLAND too! It won't be long now! Pam

Topic: RE: Anyone think of getting pregnant after 1 year post op?
Hey girls....just make sure you get the okay from your doctors first. You want to be as healthy as possible before hand. Also.....you'd be really surprised at how quickly you will conceive after surgery. Even with PCOS, once you've lost all that weight it usually doesn't take long or is hard to conceive anymore. Good Luck and I wish the best for both of you in extending your families. Love to ya, Pam

Hi Tracy, That is one of the reason I opted to get the surgery.... to improve my chances of starting a family (among other reasons). I also have the complication that I have PCOS, so hopefully the weight-loss will help with that as well. At this point I am down enough that my husband and I are also considering trying to get pregnant. Since it will likely take some time for us to conceive, we will likely start trying before the 1 year mark. Good Luck!! Sherri

Hubby and I are starting to think about it. Just wondering if anyone else is considering it too. Tracy
