Bekah, I think you are doing absolutely fantastic!!! I don't stress to much on anything but my protein..i think i have become a protein addict and protein pusher....LOL>.....

You two are really good for my ego!! I sure do wish I were back at the 30yr old mark!! But really gals... we are only as old as we feel we are

Sherri, wow you have done great and you look great!!! I too would have never guessed 37 i would say in the late 20's!!!!!!!!!!!!!! congrats on your weight loss you look amazing!

I'm working on my camera phobia. My avatar is from a trip to France where my husband insisted on taking 3 or 4 pictures of me so he could prove to my Mom I was there!

Thanks for all your support!! I do agree that I look a bit younger now, though everyone always guesses my age alot younger than I actually am. Good genes I guess!!
