Hi Alice, no no i am not hurting while i am on the machines and the ladies there are very good they have not left me alone yet,they watch me and help me still on all the machines...i was meaning after workouts especially over the weekend when i didn't workout.................and thank you for your reply i appreciate it and your daughter's advice. Well I was expecting to be cold, I'd read about it many times....but holy cats I am freezing!!!. I can't seem to wear enough layers, Last night while watching TV my nose was so cold it was dripping. We have a electric bed pad and my husband always turns it on for me before we go to bed, but last night it wasn't cutting it, When I first got into bed I whined so much Im sure he was ready to smother me with the pillow. Everyday I search for something warm to wear, this morning I went through my sons closet and am currently wearing one of his sweatshirts. I have on my husbands big woolen winter socks inside my slippers. Earlier this week I was in Extra foods and my hands were so cold I couldn't concentrate on what I was doing, I had to take a pair of gloves off the sale table and wear them. I bought them and am now keeping them in my purse. Now I have been in all the stores, WalMart, Zellers etc, wearing my gloves...LOL When I came up stairs this morning I was complaining to my daughters aide that I was so cold and I think I had better call the furnace guy cause I don't think the furnace is working properly. She told me I didn't need to, the house was very warm, she had really noticed a difference this winter from last winter....Sometimes she is so hot when she is here she has to take layers off. My daughter agreed and said its Wayyyy too warm in here. This would explain the very large Teresen Gas bill last month....LOL So all these years my family has been freezing, because I was so hot I wouldn't turn the heat up too high, now this year they are all cooking...LOL Guess in the big picture I'd rather be cold, then too hot?? Can always put on more layers...right? Wonder how hard it would be to convince my Hubby to move to the tropics? Becky
