Topic: RE: IS ANYONE EXPERIENCING?????????????
I have a lot of days like that still and I just supplement with protein drinks or I have to play "catch up" at the end of the day (which I hate doing because I feel like crapola). I also eat by the clock most of the time... Bekah

Topic: RE: FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE ON OR NEAR GOAL WEIGHT QUESTION
I have heard that your body will stop when it is ready and it's pretty uncommon for people to not be able to stop the loss. If you get to your goal and you're still losing then you change your diet to make it stop or I've heard they can give you enzymes to help with absorption - which will slow/stop the loss too. ---Bekah

Even at 7 months out, I still have no hunger. I eat by the clock. If I begin eating and it just doesn't sit right, I wait 15-20 mins or so try again or have a protein shake.

I guess how to stop losing? I am concerned about reaching the goal weight way too early and not being able to stop losing weight.

Congrats! I'm so close I can taste it (96.5 gone). It truly is a milestone, and you should be proud of yourself!
