What are you going to do for the next 11 months that you have to lose weight. Meaning my doctor said you lose weight for 12-18 months if you are near or on goal weight what will you do?????????????

Good for you for joining Curves. I joined in October. It's a great place to start if you haven't been exercising (routinely) for a while. I can see (after 3 months) that you can get bored with it after a while, so look for other avenues to get your exercise in too! For me it's hiking up the mountain in the summer and snowmachining in the winter. If you have a friend to go to Curves with you can encourage each other. It really doesn't take much time away from the family. Enjoy!

Good Morning, So, I was so upset the last few days thinking that I would never see the scale move again....It's been a long staul. It finally happened this morning, down another 3 lbs. for a total of 97lbs lost now. What did I do different - I made myself drink more water the last few days to the point that my gut was actually hurting, but just kept drinking, and I also made myself eat more. I had more protein than normal the last few days and I actually added in more carbs- Go figure!! Now I'm 3lbs until I can officailly say I'm a century club member. So...if you have felt that your stall cannot be broken like I have the last several days, indeed, that scale will start moving again - Take it from someone that was literally freaking out! Oh - and I am officially addicted to this site, I need to start posting more... lol. Jenn

hi judi. thanks! i made an appointment with my regular dr for this thursday. i'm going in to get my labs drawn there today because i can just walk in and have it done. i'm going to discuss with my doc about getting b12 shots. i wonder if i'm not already feeling the affects of low b12? i've been dumb as a box of rocks! then i'm stopping in at walmart and getting flintstones. i get yellow pee from one B50 a day! but i didnt know u couldnt OD on them, so i'll take more. i know my nut. was saying that u have to space vitamin D as far apart from all your other vitamins as possible because everything affects the absorption. that's where vitamins confuse me because i'm not sure what and when. i've been drinking propel with calcium too. very little carbs and sooo good. i have not been drinking with meals since. that's just silly and i dont need to do it. i've gotta go back to low fat and basically no carb! i'm making an appointment with my nut. even though i swear i feel like i have a learning disability when im' around her because i dont understand her! i'm rereading my meal schedule that my nut. gave me. thanks everyone for your help.. and pouch rules for dummies! yes! i'm putting one up here and at my bf's house.
