Yup - mine seems to be slowing WAY down now. I had started eating "new" things and it seemed to be at the same time that I stalled ... So, I went back to my old standby's and the scale is moving again - slowly, but it's moving. And don't be sorry - we're all here for each other!! Bekah

Hi Kim, I think just about everyone on here has been experiencing that at one point or another..i had platuead for a few weeks and then 2 weeks ago lost 5lbs over the weekend.........so just keep your protein, fluids, and exercise and you should see those come off..................i find if i increase my protein it comes off.
good luck girl!
((((hugs to you)))))

Don't have my gallbladder anymore so I'm pretty sure it was dumping. Whatever it was - it sucked! Bekah

Who knows huh - I guess it just depends on what mood the pouch is in today... The actual episode lasted about 20 minutes, but even tonight I still feel really achy in my belly - like I did 1000 sit-ups - weird. I was REALLY nice to my pouch today - went back to all my "safe" foods that I was eating at 3 mo out and it has been okay today. If I can sleep tonight, I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow! Bekah

Hey there,
I have been fluctuating up 2 and down 2 for the last 2 weeks. It is "that time". I am worried that I am stuck. I have ate a few things I should not, and know I need to stop that now. I have lost 120 pounds since 6/22. Is anybody else plateuing at 6 months out? What can I do to pick things up?
Thank you everyone!!!!
Kim

I take my citrical creamy bites every night too. Only once did I dump on them. The only thing I noticed different that my pouch was empty--no water or foods for about 2 hours before that.
fussy pouch......

Sounds like what I went through with my gall bladder attacks. If they continue see your doctor. I was told 25-50% of WLS patients have to have gall bladders removed because the rapid weight loss creates stones.
An ultrasound is used to diagnose.
I thought I was dumping on my first two times. The third one lasted 2.5 hours before ER doc knocked me out.
best of luck
Pam
