Cleo, I had to throw away a bag of Crunchy Cheetos this week. They kept taunting me from the cupboard. I would walk by and they would whistle at me, saying hey baby, just one wont hurt you... Damn frito lay anyways.

It's just my hubby & me. We made very little. Sooo there weren't relly any left overers. I made him a pi in one of those indiv. ready made shells. It was great. I really don't have a sweet tooth anymore. My problem always was salty things. But I pretty much have a handle on that.

I did the same thing - dumped everything in the trash the minute everyone left. SOOOOO much easier than keeping the temptation in the house... Bekah

Topic: RE: GOAL
I'm 8 pounds below my surgeon's goal, but still 12 pounds from my personal goal. 12 more pounds will put my BMI at 20 and that is where I would like to be. It's coming off much slower now, but it's still coming off. Just posted some new pics on my profile - check it out! Bekah

Topic: RE: problems with certain foods........
I can eat any meat or fish - no problems at all. No problem with eggs. I haven't tried bread yet and don't plan to for a while, but melba toast seems okay. Hi fat foods make me feel icky and tired. I haven't tried anything over 6 gm of sugar and I don't want to so i don't know about that. Anything over 15 carbs makes me VERY tired. Bekah

Topic: RE: size 12!
I got down to an 18 pretty quickly, then stayed there for what seemed like eternity! You'll be down another size soon. Don't fret! Now I'm in a 14. I think I totally skipped 16. Maybe you'll skip 14 and be a 12 before you know it!

Topic: RE: GOAL
I'm 30 lbs from what I think my goal is. My dr hasn't given me one, but 135 will make me 10 lbs less than when I joined the Navy. I think I have more of a clothing size goal. I really want to be no bigger than an 8/10. I've never been a 10 or below, so that would bring some real pride. I'm in a 14 now, so it may be possible!!
