Send Brenda G Some Encouragement!

Hey Everyone! I went to see Brenda Giardino in the hospital. Although she is sore and discouraged, she seems to be doing ok. The first thing she said was "What did I do to myself ?!?" I know it would be the best medicine for her to receive some encouraging words from those of us who are either on the other side, or are planning to "do this to ourselves" We know that it's worth it and we know where Brenda is going: down that road to being thin and healthy!
