I'm one of those folks who don't check in like I once did. Since I'm now retired 
, I'm working full time doing the same thing for the same company, but they are paying me a salary and my retirement (it was their choice, the boss guy is nuts in my opinion). I'm trying to start my own consulting business for the new year - but don't know if it will go or not yet. And, in our spare time my husband and I are trying to find property to buy, build on, and move to.
However, I love you guys and think of you often. Sometimes I just lurk, and sometimes I post.
AND I appreciate all the wam thoughts, love and support this board has given me in the last 16+ months.

It is very possible to sell without an agent. Working with a title company is good. If you don't get step by step advice from a title company, start with an internet search to get such a list.
By the way, many buyers cut their offers since they know the agent won't get a cut, so expect to split the difference. I cut my offer, for example, on property we are offering on. However, using an agent to buy, so I only cut the offer by the selling agent's portion. The agent has been the one hassling the sellers with all of my questions, so I don't have to.

Jennifer this is great! I would try even if you have to when you feel so full, get as much water or some kind of drink down. Don't want you to get dehydrated. But this is so cool about the weight loss kick!

People gotta be hatening up on somebody all the damn time...........My son bought me some new jeans size 00.........well I over heard a lady saying Amy dresses like a **** now that she is too skinny. I have my little tits covered. Not like her big @ss floppy boobs.................................I found out that fat or overweight women be hatening and mean to me...............I don't bother anyone.........I stay in my office and in my own world. But I gotta say my little @ss does look all good in the new jeans lol hate on that one......................... Hope every one is doing good. I am going christmas shopping tonight. I am going to buy my kids some stuff. Even if the bills don't get paied. We was so poor last yesr we didn't even have a tree. I am going to do better this year for my kids if it kills me......Or I have to pimp out....just playing about the pimp part................love yaw lots.....god bless
