Good Morning Everyone

I haven't post much to the July 2005 board, I'm pretty much a lurker...I haven't been on the website much lately either...but I did have some questions for whoever would like to help me out.

the questions are: what is your calorie intake like on a daily bases? What is the protein amount you shot for daily? How many carbs do you allow yourself daily (if any)? I'm trying my hardest to get the last 20 lbs off and would like some idea of what the others intake is on a dialy bases.

I was afraid to weigh myself...I did eat turkey for 2 days....so I'm sure I gain a little, which scares me because I still have like 20 lbs to lose.

I gained 4 pounds! And worth every bite! But.. will be working this week to get it off!

I gained 4 pounds, more than I did on my cruise in September. But those two pounds came off in 2 days, so I am hoping to be back down to my pre Turkey Day weight by week's end. Ann

Not me, I stayed the same. Have not lost in 3 weeks now, but I guess I have to be happy I didn't gain, cause I did eat, and not the best.

IN FACT I LOST!!!!!!!!!!!! this week i lost 4 pounds on this metformin medication. my stomach hurts a lot- and many bathroom visits- but I have no appetite either... and LOST FOUR POUNDS SO FAR- SINCE WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jennifer

I stayed the same weight. It kind of sucks cause DOC wants me to lose 13 more pounds before the tummy tuck. Well atleast I didn't gain. So all is good.
