Welcome, Christina. I had surgery on the same day as you, but was quite a bit heavier than you. Your progress is terrific. I really slowed around November as well. Sometimes it takes me 10 - 20 days to lose one little pound. I'm just hoping it continues to go in the right direction.

Dont stress too much... someone once told me that we are not getting enough calories in right now to gain weight... and I am holding onto that.
Our bodies will go up and down... we are just realizing it more since we weigh ourselves so much (I am a least once a day weigher..LOL)
This month I have been going up and down... up and down... up and down... I went up again this morning...
We just need to make sure we are eatting the right things... try and cut out carbs if we are eatting any... and make sure to excercise.
It seems like alot of people who had surgery in July are going thru major stalls and the up and down weight lately... I wonder if it is just time for all of us to go thru this.
HUGS... I know that everything I said dosent really help since there is no magic cure to this cycle... but just know that you are not alone and we are here to stand by you... and soon the weight will be falling off of us like we would like it to again.
HUGS...
Susan

Hi everyone!
I didn't even know this message board exsisted. I was hoping to find poeple who had their surgery around the same time as me. I had surgery on July 3rd (which happens to be my real birthday). It seems like I lost a lot at the beggining and then I had to have my gallbladder taken out. I stopped losing weight in Novemember and then December came and I thought for sure I was going to gain, but I didn't. I continued to maintain the weight that I was at. Now it's February and I have finally lost 1 pound. I'm hoping this continues. Even if it's a pound a week.
Consult - 227
Surgery - 220
Today -139
Total lost so far 88 pounds.
I hope you guys don't mind me intruding. I really don't have a support system at home.
Thanks, Christina

I have a set and LOVE them! They fit like a glove and you can't really feel them once they are on
Definately worth the money I spent on them!

Highest: 278 lbs
Surgery: 269 lbs
LastWeek: 159 lbs
Current: 159 lbs
Lost Since Surgery: 110 lbs
Total lost: 119 lbs
I've been bouncing around 159-160 lbs for the past 10 days. Stinkin' stall!!
I know it won't last forever. I've had at least half a dozen stalls since surgery and they've proven time and time again not to last forever!
Everyone is doing great. Congrats to everyone hitting Onderland this week
