I have a date!!!!!!!

I cannot believe that I have a surgery date!!!! Its August 1st! It seems like I've been trying forever. I've actually waited for my insurance policy to actually cover the surgery, then the 6 month supervised weight loss. HOWEVER, I finally saw the surgeon on July 7,they faxed paperwork for approval on July 8 and got approval on the 14th.  I think that may be a record. 

I have 18 days until surgery, start the liquid pre-op diet on tuesday, and am nervous nervous nervous!     I can't wait, and Im scared, nervous and ready all at the same time.  

Congrats!...how exciting. I know those feelings you're having. My surgery isn't until August 12th and i already feel nervous, happy and all other emotions. Best wishes and my thoughts are with you.

My surgery is Aug 17.
