I didn't believe this at my group meeting
I go to a support meeting about every 2 weeks. The group leader was saying sometimes you are not eating enough to lose weight. I have been eating 2-3, 3oz meals and 12 oz of high carb milk, per day. I work about 60+ hours per week (2 jobs one active one not).
I was really losing slow, so since it was Thanksgiving I bought a SF pumkin pie, I have really wanted some for a couple weeks, my serving size is about 1/10 th the pie, minus the crust. Also I tried saltines, you know the crackers, my serving size is 2-4. Just once a day, I am not sure if that is what kicked the weight loss back on track but I have lost 6 lbs in the last 3 days.
I don't expect this rate to last but I am feeling better also, more energy. So now woohoo I have lost 47 lbs in just under 10 weeks. I really thought the less I ate the faster I would lose. I guess a balance is better.
