Getting in more water...

I'm starting to love my water again. And I LOVE my reverse osmosis system!! I've had it for 5 years (was a housewarming gift from the Mother-out-law). Since you love cold water (I do too) I have to tell you about my latest find... I spend $15 bucks (eek ) at Walmart yesterday for this thermos called the hydrator that keeps the water cold and has this cool flip top that opens when you press a button. I thought it was kind of pricey by the thought of having cold water on the go for hours was too appealing to resist the price sticker! I figure it will be perfect in the car or at work where I can keep refilling it at the water coolers. And I'm not spending money on food, so why not put it towards gadgets?

I'll have to try that as hot things set better with me than cold. Almost every morning and evening I drink a cup of peppermint tea sweetened with Splenda, but the hot cider will make a nice change ~Nonna

Hi Nonna I've never been a big tea drinker, but Celestial Seasonings had a display of "holiday teas" and the packages were so cute that I couldn't resist buying one. This particular one I got has peppermint in it which is very soothing on my tummy too!

It tastes soo good, just like a pepperminty vanilla-y, sweet yumminess. I left a cup with the tea bag in it on the head of our bed and my DH couldn't sleep. He kept asking what that great smell was. I put 3 packs of splenda in it....ooohhh. I need a cup! Jenn

Hello Shrinking Violet! How are you doing? Did you also try Emergen 'C', it has different flavors and it tastes really great! Why don't you get the Brita Water Pitcher or buy bottled water or get the Pur filter that attaches to your faucet? Also, have you tried Crystal Light, that is good!

Hello Marie Dear!!! It's so nice to hear from you! I'm doing well! I hope you are too! Here's the funny part abou****er, I have this expensive reverse osmosis filter system under my kitchen sink and water was always wonderful to me. I used to drink at least 128 oz a day and think nothing of it but lately I think I was struggling because my taste buds are a bit screwy. It's getting better though! Yesterday I drank almost 60 oz so I'm getting there! As for crystal light, I have about 4 flavors and none appeal to me right now, but I know that will change again soon! HUGS, Vi
