I AM 66.00 #s LIGHTER ... THAT'S A MAJOR BUNCH OF WEIGHT. I'M JUST GETTING STARTED ON EXERCISING, SO I'LL SEE BIG DIFFERENCES IN MY BODY AS I CONTINUE WITH THAT.

Well, this is day 5 for me. Today I had: protein shake, B= 1 egg 3 pieces of bacon, S=carb master yogurt L=sm.wendy's chili & 2oz. of cheese S=sugar free pop sickle and for dinner I'll probably do tuna and cottage cheese. I've had 64 oz of water today and walked 1 mile this morning and will walk another this afternoon.I don't know how much I have lost since starting cause I refuse to weigh until after 10 days. Day 2....Protein drink made with 1/2 low fat milk and water...25 grams of protein. snack...low fat/low carb. 3 oz. of dannon yogart...5 grams of protein....lunch 3 shrimp and 1 fish ball...about 15 grams of protein....dinner small piece of salmon, broccolei two pieces and some soy beans...I am guessing at about 25 grams or more of protein, 45 grams of Isopore over the course of the day also......still one more 3 oz. of protein...maybe cottage cheese...all water in...and more...plus some hot herbal tea....all vitamins done....ending day 2...not to shabby...hope the scale moves like it did today...only did one set of weight lifts....rainy day in sunny calif...could not walk...it was pouring cats and dogs...blessings to all
