I pushed the limit and it happened. I swore I was dying or having a heart attack. Will not do that again. Was feeling a little ****y lately. I didn't think sugar effected me. I am fine with a bite or two but 2smores and 3 roasted marshmallows sent me to bed and I was still sick the next day. Took my picture for 11mth, can't believe it. I am in a size 12. When I was nine I wore a juniors 13. I have never been this size in my entire life. I went shopping tonight and put on a size 10 and they fit. Since my surgery my niece has had the bypass. My older sister is waiting for approval for bypass and my other sister is having the Band. My gosh the pressure is terrible. I just pray they all do as well as me. My skin is like a magic trick. You've seen the magician who pulls out the scarfs. Well I can do that with the skin on my stomach. I can pull it out of my waist. Its a hoot. But the family has told me to stop it. I wear so much spandex and Lycra I cover it up. Oh well thanks for listening. And lets all give us a pat on the back. Love Jane

I had the same problem and I talked to my surgeon, she did a diet review and I coulkd not beleive it but she said I needed to up my calorie intake and add some carb!!! Never thought I would hear the words "you need more calories and more carbs" . But, I tried it and I am no longer as tired and I started losing weight again.....WHO KNEW!!!
