I'll tell you what, Vickie, I FEEL 20 years younger. I'm going to be 52 in a few months (November), and I feel like I might be coming up on my 32nd instead.

My dear sister and brother Octoberites - oh, and a "daughter", too...
Well, it's September now. On October 3, 2005, I was unhappy, unhealthy and hopeless. Today, on September 5, 2006, I am not only happy and healthy; I am hopeful. I have accomplished so much and feel so good. I am now working towards not losing any more weight (I'm 10 pounds below goal). I'm adding in a few calories, but I'm a little afraid to add too many just in case I start gaining.
This tool is amazing. To have gone through this lifechanging experience with all of you here in our October board has been incredible. Look at us!!!

Are you taking iron as part of your vitamins? If not and you're iron stores are low, that can affect your energy level. If your iron stores are really low, you can become anemic. You may want to check it out -

For some reason for the last month or two I seem to stay tired alot anyone else going through this? I take my vitamins get my protein and fluids so does anyone have any ideas?

Im also like that and do see a therapist let me tell ya mine didnt work. I cry at the littlest things about my body and get so frustrated with it. my doc has even tried antidepressants didnt help.
