SUGGESTION FOR ADDED ENERGY
 I know when I tend to get tired if I will drink a can of V-8 (low sodium) for a few days it helps me out with energy.  I also drink Gatorade G2 (which is low sugar).  Sometimes I feel I am tired because I am dehydrated.  I still eat so little that once I eat my protein I am full and get very very little of anything else.  I still drink alot of milk just to get my calories up to 1200 a day because I never seem to be hungry.  I tend to eat more out of know I need to rather than because I am hungry.
I hope this suggestion helps anyone who is tired.
