Weekly Weigh In week of 8/20
Hi All,
Sorry I'm so late checking in, I was out ot town working.
Starting weight 349
Last week = 212.5
This week = 213
Loss this week = -.5
Total loss = 136
Didn't lose this week(like so many others), but I chalk it up to that time of the month, just been so bloated lately.
As for the cravings, I do my best to ignore them and substitute fruit or protein bars, but I usually treat myself once every two weeks to something I've been wanting. For example I had been craving an ice cream sundae, so last weekend I got a Slim a Bear Bar topped it with some fresh strawberries and bananas and added a spoonful of sugar free cool whip. It was close enough and so good. I just make sure I do not do it very often, but if I totally deny everything then I always want it. Does that make any sense??

Hey Britt! Hey everybody!
This week wasn't so good for me (it's my time of the month, I'm cranky, and the carb monster is on my back).
Starting weight: 250
Last week: 143.3
This week: 145.6
Loss this week: GAINED 2.2 pounds AAAGGGGH!!
Total Loss: 104.4
Not having a very good week (for a multitude of reasons I can't talk about right now). Trying to figure out a way to cope without using food as comfort. Congratulations to everyone that stuck with their plan this week!
