preop diet blues

Anyone having a hard time with the preop diet? My physician has me on an 800 calorie liquid diet and I'm already having horrible headaches. Anyone with suggestions on how to get through this? I know its a moment in time and I keep that in mind, just curious if anyone has any suggestions how to get through the aches and pangs.

I start my liquid diety on Thursday....I feel for ya...soon I will be feeling for me. LOL darlene/PA
