11 week progress check
 I will be 11 weeks out tomorrow.  The last time I weighed I was down 42.6lbs and 4 sizes in clothes.  I still struggle with my protein and water ... but try everyday to increase my amounts.  I am building up my exercise program on a daily basis so hopefully that will help eliminate all of the stalls I seem to have ...

 You are doing great.  It is really hard to get in the water.  I have a tip for the protein.....South Beach Diet makes frozen dinners and wraps they have a lot of protein.  I had one today for lunch that had 30 grams of protein.  It was really good.  It had chicken and broccoli.  I had a little trouble getting the wrap down.  I weighed today for my 12 weeks.  I have lost 55 lbs since surgery.  If you try the South Beach Diet meals, let me know if you like them.  I looked some coupons online, but didn't find any.  Good luck.  Keep up the great work. 
 I do like the Lean Pockets and Lean Pocket Subs ... although I can typically only eat half (and the other half about 2 hours later).  That is about 15g of protein.  I made veal marsala tonight for dinner ... it was good but the veal was kinda tough so it was hard to heat.  We generally eat a lot of fish or chicken so I can try to get my protein in.  All a learning experience ... lol
55lbs is awesome.  Feels good huh?!?  I can't believe I'm in my 16's again.  Feels so awesome!! 
 Nice progress Christine! Sounds like you know what you need to do, so my best wishes for you to get tha****er and protein in.
Just had the flu for the past week, and it was misery trying to eat protein. Just made me nauseous. Better now though.
I'll post my 3 month numbers/photo this week.

 Glad to hear you are doing better!!  I am hoping to make it without getting the flu ... the headcold was bad enough for nausea  LOL  Can't wait to see the new pics!!
I really made an effort to track my food and exercise on www.dailyplate.com and realized I wasn't doing as bad with my proteins as I thought.  I am getting about 50 in a day (I am supposed to have 68) but I thought I was in the 30's so I'm better than I thought at least!!  I am also now able to drink the Special K protein water again (the too sweet phase must be over ... for now  lol).
Hopefully I can get outside and workout now that the weather is getting a little warmer!
