Topic: RE: Angel
You can do that by logging into your profile and then scrolling all the way to the bottom of the middle column - where it says "I'VE GOT A DATE" - This is also where you fill in the info for what kind of surgery you've had
and where you list your "ANGEL" if you have one
Not sure what an angel is or how to be/get one? http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/beanangel.phtml explains it very well.

Topic: Help! Should Care Change?
I have a friend that is doing a study of pre- & post- care. His question is ... If you could, what would you do differently if you knew then what you know now?
Please be frank & brutually honest. For that reason, if you don't wish to post here you can email your responses directly to me at [email protected].
This is purely for research purposes, no names, or any other personal information would be used. He's interested in knowing what you would like to see change with regard to care... Body, spirit, diet, socially ... everything.
In advance, thanks for your help!

Topic: Angel
I have someone that I would like to be my angel. We went to my profile page and tried to get her as an angel. It did not work. We were wondering if she would have to wait until closer to my date. Any suggestions?

Topic: Tis the Season: Card Shower
Hello Everyone~
On behalf of the ObesityHelp Staff,
I would like to wish you all a very Happy Holiday Season!
As most of you will remember, our friend and fellow OH Member Jeremy Norman was 20 years old and weighed 747 pounds when he had his weight loss surgery on November 19, 2004. This time last year, Jeremy was fighting for his very life in an Ohio Hospital and OH staff asked for your help in sending Jeremy cards and letters of inspiration, hope and encouragement and you responded! (Thank you!)
We are happy to report that against all odds, Jeremy has pulled through but it's been quite a year of ups and downs for him as he has courageously fought the hard fight. One year later, Jeremy is still hospitalized and in need of specialized care and our support.
This year, as Jeremy's amazing recovery continues, we would to like truly surprise him with an overwhelming amount of Holiday wishes, inspirational cards and letters... We can't wait to celebrate the day when Jeremy is able to return home, but for now, let's bring a little bit of "home" to Jeremy. He is unable to attend support groups of any kind, so let's bring our ObesityHelp Support Group to him!
You can send your cards and letters to:

Thank you in advance & have a Bless Holiday Season! :fairy:
