Ok Friends - here it is my big announcement..... I did it - I MADE IT TO THE CENTURY CLUB....I have lost 100.6 lbs and it tastes SO GOOD. I almost cried when I weighed this morning....OMG is all I can say. But to Dr Ali - thank you for saving my life. WOW - I just can't believe it. To all my friends and supporters here at OH, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I couldn't have done it without all of you. To all you newbies and you soon to be losers - hang in there....follow Drs orders, do what you are supposed to do and it will happen for you too. I am almost speechless - I am so excited to be able to say "I have lost 100 lbs in only 6 mos and 4 dys. Hugs to all.
