Pickles & Mustard

Mustard has 0 sugars and a dill spear has only 1 sugar. Are these ok for us and do pickles digest well?

Mustard was o.k. with my surgeon, but can't tell you about pickles cause I would never ever eat one because I think they are the nastiest thing on the planet, worse than sauerkraut even. Keep rockin' your tool. Jillie

If you can find it...Mt. Olive sugar free relish.  It's made with Splenda.  Good stuff.

Mustard is a lifesaver for me when I want a little spice and I don't seem to have a problem with it. I've eaten 4 pickle chips at one time and retained a hideous amount of water...so Im not eating them any longer ;)

The nutritionist in the hospital suggested mustard as a good seasoning--no sugar, unlike ketchup. I've eate pickles too, but limit that. Lot of salt in pickles. I do have a few dill slices once in a while, but seldom eat a whole pickle anymore.

I was wondering the same thing about Pickles.  I wish I knew.

OH!! I could live off of pickles and mustard..lol..I would like to know the same thing.

I love mustard and eat it regularly, no problem. I don't like pickles, but, oddly enough, I LOVE pickle relish! (Like in tuna, or on hot dogs)... I can eat any pickle relish, but when I have a choice, I buy one from Vlasic that uses Splenda for sweetening. YUM...

I thought of you when I posted that pic of me and dave, helen! LOL...too bad the boys lost 5-0 Saturday night! but, it was a LOT of fun being there... Pamela Anderson and her two boys threw out the first pitch(es)...all three of 'em at once!
