OH's Guardian Angel! ***Janine*** and best SP!!!

As I said to Lisa Jeni....it was my pleasure being your SP. I know you came on board late to the SP stuff and I did not want to say NO to you...so I thought I would just take care of you. I am glad that I did because it made you part of our family here on OH!

I want to openly explain the symbolism of the picture I did for Jeni....when I first found the arch at Joshua Tree National Park...I could not fit through the rocks that you had to climb through to get up under the arch. This was before I had my surgery. The December following my surgery, Jeff and I were up there...and I was not thinking at that time but slipped right through the rocks....and after I did it, I realized OMG I fit!!! It was a big wow moment for me not only to fit, but to be able to climb up there.

I chose that particular photograph to paint for Jeni because she is still pre-op and wanted her to have something to hold on to and not lose sight of her goal to have wls and become really healthy!

Jeni....not only one day you will come here and shout out...I have a date...but one day we will meet!!! In the meantime, I am glad that things worked out like they did and I hope we wil stay friends for a long time!
