Good on you Chris!!!!! And camping...OMG I hope it is not too hot!! I still have NOTHING to camp with!!! I think I will just bring my air matress and a sheet! LOL I am not even going to have my Jeep. YIKES!!! I will figure something out!

Silly person . . .I told you I'm bringing you a TENT . . .and I have all the other "stuff" from tea kettle for ho****er to napkins.  You might bring a folding chair .. . and I don't know if we need bug stray - anyone have advice on that?  We'll talk when we get closer :D

Good loss, Chris!  I'm with you, I'd be sitting in the lake doing water aerobics.    I stay indoors and do my walking and rebounding when it's hot outside. ---jan---

Good Morning All.....

Well, I forgot to set my scream machine and I just woke up. Good thing the coffee was waiting for me. Not that its helping right now. WOW! I could have slept for a few more hours if it was not for my bladder. Dang I need a bigger one.

OK as for WWW.

Me, I have not lost anything. Same as last week.

Fresser, she is down .3oz not bad for her first week of Doggie Craig. She will do better next week. So she promises. LOL

OK time to think about packing my lunch and jump in the rain maker.

Take care one and all. They say today is going to hot, so do NOT forget your water, or your vitamins. There are to many reasons to take them for me to go into. Right BECKY???

Hi LL, Me too, maybe I can ask them to add a little to my bladder when they take a lot from my stomach... I never sleep through the night now that I'm drinking 64 oz of water.  I try to stop at 9pm, but my water isn't usually gone by then. Maintaining is good, we all need to learn to do it.  I'd write down what I did on a maintaining week so I can look it up later when I need it. :) Take care, ---jan---

Good morning! Wow, great loss J!  You are sizzling. I've been practicing for after surgery, eating and exercising 10k steps per day minimum. Last Wed 266.7 This Wed 262.3 That was after a slow week.  Exercising is kicking butt! I'm going to the San Jose support group meeting tonight (4 hours away) to hear the talk on emotional eating.  We're spending the night and seeing friends while there so I'm not sure if I'll get to post in the morning.  I'm bringing all my 3X and 4X clothes to exchange for 1x and 2x. :-) Turn the beat around! Happily it's high 6s here this week which makes exercising a lot easier.  I'd have to stay indoors and walk the living room floor if it were 118!  tsssssssss too hot for me. lol Have a great day! ---jan---
