I'm down 1.4 lbs to 169.8. I am so happy I broke the 170 barrier.  Lu , I have been a good girl and back to my daily vitamin routine. I got my labs back and everything looks fine. My 2 week oops is over. I promise. Thanks for the verbal kick in the behind.

Hello my beautiful Cali family. This week I dropped a pound! I think it was due to my step up in my exercise. EXERCISE is the key I am finding. Even walking is good for you so all you newbies listen up- Exercise is essential!!! Especially once you are further out because you stop loosing so easily.  So I lost a pound. Making my total weightloss to 110 pounds all together. I posted a before and after shot so far on my profile. What a difference!  Love to all! J

192 lbs and hold for a while at this weight..... I continue to buy rotisserie chickens from Sams Club and peel off a piece of chicken when I want to EAT!....and before I want to bite my arm! LOL My daily exercise routine is: Monday: 30 minutes of weights - 60 min step aerobics Tuesday: 30 minutes of weights - 60 min cycling class Wednesday: 30 minutes of weights - 60 min step aerobics Thursday: No workout Friday: no weights....high impact aerobics Saturday: no weights - 60 min step aerobics Sunday: Sometimes do the cycling class...depending if I wake up on time

I was doing good watching what I eat as I'm pre-surgery, taking vitamins, etc.  Well, I need to "make weight" for my consult next Tuesday so I'm up the 4# I need to get insurance to pay.  Grumble.   On another note, I had a board meeting to attend last night at Rolling HIlls Casino in Corning and after the dinner and meeting I had my $20 of "play money".  Walked out of there with $195!  One a jackpot on a machine, hit the cash out button and walked!  I have my first Support Group meeting tomorrow evening and I am so looking forward to it.  My consult next Tuesday and then we schedule with the doctor's office and submit for insurance.  Keep prayers flowing and fingers crossed!  Now, back to work for me!

Good morning Janine and Cali Crew. With a broken ankle I can't step on the scale, but if I had to make a guess, I'd say that I am down 45 pounds from my surgery weight and 55 pounds from my highest weight.
