Good Morning All,
It has been a while since my last post. Time has flown by and I cant believe it has been one year since my surgery.

Starting weight was 395lbs. Current weight 211lbs. For a total loss of 184 lbs. I have lost a whole person!!!! 9lbs below goal Weight!!!
