I am mildly sad to inform you all that I gained back two pounds since I last weighed ... I blame this on the fact that I am not walking enough because I am working so much, and the fact that I have not been eating enough vegetables. With this schedule, I am doing too much "convenience food" eating ... Nothing bad and nothing I am not supposed to have, but still - I know I can do better. I will be doing some grocery shopping on my days off and I will buy good stuff - I swear!
Oh and also, I started taking birth control pills again a couple of weeks ago, so my hormones are a bit wonky right now ... Therefore I also conclude tha****er weight could be part of the reason for my extra two pounds.
Tonight's lunch or dinner (not sure which yet) will be chicken and black beans ... I'm not sure what the other meal is going to be. I would kill for a sandwich lately ... I know I can't have the bread but I want the innards!
Well, I'm off to get ready for another crazy day ... I hope you all have a WONDERFUL Wacky Wednesday!

Have you tried doing lunchmeat rollups? They are good and can be a sort of "convenience food" that is easy for work if you have a refridgerator available or in a little cooler maybe. Take your favorite lunchmeat and roll it up around a cheese stick, or smear with cr. cheese and a pickle, smear with the lite little bell spreadable cheese, feta cheese with mayo, the possibilities are endless!!! That is one of my quick go tos. My favorite is to get the Dietz and Watson brand london broil deli meat at Henry's ( I have them slice it at #19 so it is thick enough to spread on and roll) and I either put mayo and feta cheese with sundried tomatoes or just a cheesestick and it is YUMMO!!!!! If you haven't tried it yet, you should, you won't miss the bread (I almost promise lol)!!!

Good Whacky-Weigh-In-Wednesday everybody!
I am off work for the rest of the week and managed to sleep in a bit this morning. Still pretty exhausted and the brain is still befuddled but the extra rest and knowing I don't have to worry about work is helping this morning.
WWW finds me still sitting at 195 this week so no loss or gain for me this week. I really tried to eat more than I wanted this week but didn't manage to put any weight on for whatever reason. Have to get to the Vitamin Shoppe and get some protein drinks to try and get more calories in. Still stuns me to be in this situation of needing to eat MORE!!!

Maintaining the loss from my San Diego excursion. Yay me.
Other than that, today brings on another drive up to Fresno for traction (which ALWAYS leaves me hurting more then when I get on the damn thing). When I saw the doctor last week, he said that I may have to get injections. Joy. (dont remember if I had posted about that before...oh well). But, I can handle it. I will go through all the minimally invasive stuff before I surgery comes into play.
Okay, need waaaaaaaaaaay more coffee and a shower to wake myself up. Had a call at 6am this morning that woke me up from a deep sleep.
