I hope everyone's doing well.  It's going to be a busy weekor me.  Tomorrow podiatrist in Petaluma, Sunday I meet the No CA OH support group for lunch then stay with a friend overnight and pick up my folks at the airport Monday. Next week I won't be around much.  My folks want to go to the beach and sightsee (in between my naps lol).

Well I am not quite a week from my surgery last Thursday, I stood on the scale this morning and it was -8.  Makes me happy... I know it's early and these things will be up, down and crazy for many weeks to come.. Lori W

Hi Rhonda here on day 6 of liquid two week diet.  I have lost 10 lbs. so far this week.  I have surgery in 9 days 8/1/08.  I hope to loose 5 lbs. more prior to surgery.  Have a great day everyone.

I didn't play last week, so mine is for the last two weeks - I'm done to 222, which is a loss of 8.6 lbs!  One of my major milestones is 220, and I'm almost there.  Even more important - I bought size 20 shorts -- and they actually fit!  I started out at 28.  I also bought underwear a whole three sizes smaller, since mine were past hilarious to being a nuisance.  And I bought size 1X tops, though those are still a bit tight.  Yeehaw!
