Question about Calcium

I know we're not supposed to take calcium at the same time we take our iron supplements. So how long after I take my iron should I wait to take my calcium?? Thanx!

Katt I take my calcium and my thyroid meds first thing in the morning about 5am then two hours later when I get back from a walk w/ the dog I take the rest of my meds and have breakfast. Hope this helps Jenn
