Post opp tummy tuck questions

ok.. I am 20 years old.. I had RNY in dec 2006 and have gone from 315 to 193 now and being 5'10'' 175 is healthy for me... I have done really well with the surgery and all i have left to do to is get my tummy skin taken off...

My surgeon says that he is completly happy with my wiehgt loss and that he encourages me to get a tummy tuck becasue i love running now but I get bruising on my ribs becasue of the pulling skin.. I have no clue where to start with looking for a surgeon..

I live in northern cali but am in my senior year at University in southern cali Another issue is that I am not sure how paying for it goes? How much does it cost? insurance cover is? So I guess what im looking for is people who have had tummy tucks to tell me how it went.. surgeons who could help.. referrals... ideas? anything would be soooooo appreciated... thanks!!
