What's for dinner???
I don't know what to have! It's almost 7:00 and I am getting hungry. I was thinking about making tuna but I have eaten tuna pretty much every day this week and I am tired of it. I'm staying at my sister's for the weekend and she doesn't really have any RNY-friendly food, so I brought some stuff from home ... But even at home there was nothing I really wanted! Chances are what I'll end up doing is driving to Wendy's or Jack in the Box and getting a salad ... At least if I do that I'll have something to eat tomorrow, too (I have finally learned to split salads into two or three servings *before* I put the dressing on so my leftovers don't get all soggy). If I opt not to fight the traffic, I'll probably just have a protein shake. I don't cook, which really limits my options. I'm getting tired of everything I have been eating.
In remembrance of my mom, for always and forever ... Patricia Alice Harkey, 04/19/56-02/10/08 ... I love and miss you every moment of every day, Patty Cake.

That's where I stopped on the way home tonight and I bought the exact same things!!! I like throwing in raspberries, too. Also, itfyou throw it all in the blender with a little water and ice and add some banana and protein powder, it makes a killer protein drink.

Hey,Monica! Whatcha doin' up in the wee hours? Tell Jordyn she needs to sleep cuz you gotta face those kids, soon! I get my Fage at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. TJ's also has their own brand of Greek Yogurt that is much runnier. Fage is very thick. I've even mixed it with the dry onion soup mix and made a fabulous dip for veggies or chips. Tastes just like the regular onion soup/sour cream dip but has tons of protein and fewer calories!!
