Happy Labor Day
I am now 2 months post op and down right about 90 lbs. I have my 3 month post op on 9/19/08 and i want to lose that extra 10lbs so i can hit that 100 mark..
What you think folks will this happen? I started training with a personal trainer this morning, and will be doing it 2 times a week . Then spend another 60 min walking or doing step class.
Am i pushing my self to much ? I know i am happy with what i have lost but I am afraid that i will be sad if i dont hit the next mile stone when i see the Dr.?

Scott don't kill me...I could not find your number to call you to cancel today. I have had a tummy ache that will not subside...I do not know if it is nerves about school tomorrow or a bug....I am soooooooooooooooooooooo sorry and I am NOT a flake either!
I do not know if you are pushing yourself too hard either...the rate you are losing and the fact that you are on a liquid diet still because of your problem recently, but I think it is quite attainable! You are doing great...who knows you might be in 2 sizes smaller by then too Mr. 40's are too loose!!!
I am happy for you Scott....you are doing just great!
Please forgive me...I am feeling bad!!!
Will see you for sure on Saturday....no skating out with the ickies! Will need some yuck me ups by then after what will seem like a very long week!

You're a DUDE with muscle, your weight will drop FAST! Don't skimp on protein/H20 if you're working out so much as it could slow your weight-loss. Doesn't matter if you hit the 100 mark as you're a loser anyway!

Take care,
