Good Morning Friends

Just wanted to wish everyone a great sunday and hope you all have a great week ahead.  I am going to have a  great week by the looks.  I get to pick up my books for school on thursday.  Then on firday  My father& Step mother will be out to see me, They have never been out to see me in the 10yrs I have been out west.  I am a little freaked they have not seen me in two yeas, and the last pic they saw was of me at 3 weeks post op..

Just got home from the gym and still in shock here, i am NOW 96LBS down from surgery , holly crap... I knew i would lose the weight but i am at 10 weeks out, never in my mind did i think this would happen like this.  I am looking at myself in the mirror and keep thinking who the hell is that guy.....

It was great meeting you yesterday. I am sorry we didn't get time to chat, and that I had to run so early. I hope you can make it down to the dinner on the 20th. It seems like there is going to be a great turn out.

I think its great that your family is coming down. They are going to be over joyed at the postive change in you.

Are you from PHoenix... my bro lives there.  Anyway hope you have a nice time with your family.  Gym...im impressed.  I had a short stint at the gym but got my tail whipped so I retreated. Jess

Congrats on the great success.....you know, there is only one thing that makes me not happy, and that is the men lose so much faster than the women....must be something in the genes.....

Awesome weight loss.  Congratulations!  I'm thinking it may be time for me to hit the gym.  I've stalled out and it may be time for a change.

It was great meeting you yesterday and I hope you are able to come to more get togethers! You also need a new board pic buddy! Congrats on the superior weight loss. Though you are struggling with the food right now, I know the doc will figure it out and you'll be better soon. But, man, 96 pounds in 10 weeks is outstanding dude!
