Good morning Janine and Cali friends,
For WWW I am down 5 more pounds this week for a grand total of 90lbs in just over 5 months, GONE FOREVER!!!!!!!!! WOO HOO!!!! 

I am sooo excited!!!  Now I am starting to go through sizes like crazy!!  Everytime I buy a pair of pants I get to wear them once then there to big.  No, I am not complaining...just going crazy trying to keep clothes that fit.  I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Not much exciting for me today...just working, and a class this morning.  Then, tonight I am going to a OH Support Group meeting in Pasadena.  I am so excited...the people are supper!!!

Well WAHHHHHHH I am up a 1 lb this morning - but its all ok...I just have to get back on a regular eating schedule.....I have't been eating much and skipping meals and the carb monster got ahold of me a little bit over the weekend...so....back to eating right and eating regular meals and snacks.....its all ok though....I am going to keep it in check.  I also need to get off my arse and get in more exercise for sure....

Not alot planned for today...have an eye Dr appt at 10 and maybe my BFF from Torrance is coming out for a visit so we will make the rounds around my neck of the weeds shopping and such....plus a nice lunch at THe Fish Company....bestest seafood in town in my opinion....and healthy to boot...

Good Morning Janine & Everyone,
Well I dont like or understand my weight today. I am up a pound. Despite still exercising especially at work there is a lot of walking to get from here to there and it is all up and down hills. I am eating the same, guess it just isnt my week for weight.
Other news is good today.......Yesterday I had my County interview and did wonderful. The Director of Nursing said I had the job, but when I talked to the person who does the background checks and schedules the lie detector tests she said remember it is between you and one other nurse so whoever gets it all done first. Say what? The nurse at the jail told me who I would be replacing as they were moving to AM shift, but then the other lady?!?!? Oh well I will get all the testing done as soon as I can and hope all goes well. The pay is a lot higher, the benefits, I want this job!!!
So off to work for more orientation today. Already did my morning exercise. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Be good to yourselves and those around you!!!

Good morning Janine and Cali Guys and Gals,

I have lost only 2 lbs. this week.  that is the lowest so far,  I have not exercised a lot this week as I lost my walking partner as she had to return to work.  I am going to have to focus harder to get my exercise in daily.  Have a super day everyone.

i'm still at 235lbs i haven't lost anything in two weeks i don't know what's going on ... i'm a little depressed about it.. i'm still throwing up in the morning and have to go to the docs office this morning..i hope next week i start losing again...everyone have a great day.....

I am in maintenance phase and go up and down in a 4-5 pound window.  Im on the upswing right now so time to do the downswing ha ha.  My maintenance number is to stay in the 120s.  And my stomach is at the point I can eat muc larger quantities so its work!  Jess

Good Morning Everyone,

Sad to say, but I am up 5 pounds from last week.  The great news that I am still wearing size 8 pants.
Not a lot going on with me.  I ran last night.  Yesterday morning I had some asthma (even after I had a puff of my inhaler).  I have ran completely out of my hypertension medication and multi-vitamins.  I will have to get those this weekend after I get paid.


I hope everyone loses this week.

I t hink you need to add some "real" food to your diet Kim instead of living on protien drinks and bars. You have to learn to eat some carbs to balance your weight without going overboard. Sometimes I think you treat food as a real enemy, but it is not if you read your labels weigh and measure....you know the drill. If you keep up the way you are going, you are going to go back down to 118. Part of healing is eating Kim...you body needs FOOD not protien drinks and you can get your protien from a variety of meat and dairy sources and get your carbs with veggies and fruit. Be smart girl....you are getting on the "skinny" side!

The sad thing is I've eaten Chicken Parm w/spag from Mario's... the entire platter! It was broken into five mini meals as I get over-stuffed. I'm eating Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches... 4 per day... finished off those TJ beans... several Odwalla bars and protein drinks per day... and I'm still not well enough to hit the gym yet. True I'm afraid to 'go back up' as they say.

I'm thinking if I weigh everyday and go below 129... KIM EATS LIKE A FEIND!
