Hi Joy... I am doing okay.   Well, at least I was til last night at work.  I have been feeling so good that I forget I have just had major surgery.  I helped move a darn chair that ways a good 70lbs or more and now I have some pain just below my rib cage.   Had a little burning last night when I did it.   Praying I haven't done any harm.   I am going to call my surgeon in the morning.   How are you doing?

Shame on you Sheela!! Not really! But ouch!! I know what you mean about not rememebering that you just had major surgery less than a month ago. My room-mate from hell, while I was in the hospital told me that WLS was NOT major surgery ! I had to keep my mouth shut which isn't always for me. But she just was worth the time it would have take to explain. So ppl are just better left in the dark I think.
I hope you haven't done any harm.
I am doing much better than I thought I would be this far out. The weight is coming off and the energy is slowly returning.
