I started taking a new medication about 10 weeks ago and have gained abt 5 lbs in the 10 weeks. Before i started taking it I was still losing steadily. Now i need to do something to help me lose the 5 lbs. I'm still exercising regularly and eating right, so that's taken care of, but i need to jump start my weight loss again. I'm also going to talk to my doctor about the weight gain at my next appt and see if I can switch to another med. In the mean time, can someone help? Thanks bunches! Morgen

This is the 5 day pouch test. It might help. I am sorry you are having trouble.
Good luck!

I hear you.....I'm not taking medications, I eat about 1800 calories a day, exercise up to 6 times a week, I've shifted my exercise routine and do various activities, and still gained a few pounds.  I think our bodies say....wait a minute, I just lost what? And then the body goes to where it feels comfortable.  That's my experience so you may be experiencing the same?

Chat with your doc and see what he has to say.

Good luck
