Gosh - Good Tuesday Morning Cali!
Goodmorning Chris and Cali Guys and Gals.
Lets see today I have to go to the doctor after 2 tries at ER and they were just too busy. I got someone to watch the kids today while I go and get an exray. That is a good thing as I want to cut my foot of it hurts so bad. Nothing new around here today. Other than the normal laundry and cleaning etc. I am now 1 lb from becoming a century club member and I can't wait for that. I have 69 lbs to go. I want to exercise so badly but my food won't cooperate with me at all. So I got to get it fixed right away. Well that is all for now. Talk later.

Wayto go Rhonda! How cool is that! I can symphathise with the foot thing . . . I shattered and dislocated mine almost 20 years ago . . . it was not pretty! BUT . . .this too shall pass (but not quickly enough). Hope you get something done for it today.
And then my kids (well son, DIL and grandkids) are looking at moving to Monterey BEFORE he get the job there . . . on their tax refund. Her unemployment is running out . . . but OMG if they get up there and can't swing it . . . I've got nothing to be able to help them with . . . oh to be young and full of enthusiasm (sorry - can't spell today) . . . and believe everything will be OK . . . Hello - they've been in my house for a year and usually can't come up with $200 to help with bills . . . and this is suddenly going to change?
Also, I got a call back from my radiology department . . . I have to go in and have my mamogram redone . . . they have a point of "interest" . . . interest to WHO? and I have to wait until the 11th to go. Ugh. Tomorrow I go see my surgeon (lapband) . . . and he is going to say "WTF" . . . because I'm at the same place I was at 2 months ago . . . so I guess I better get serious again - gee - think anything will happen by tomorrow lol?

Travelin' down the road to skinny!
Hello everyone, I just mostly read here but want to be more involved with the Cali's. I got my lapband yesterday as an outpatient so I'm home and much more comfy than the hospital I think. I'm off all this week, yea!!! Good Morning Cali people!!!

Good Morning Chris and Cali Friends,
I am staying home again today to baby my back. I did see the Doc and he gave me some Valium and I must say, it got rid of the spasms but knocks me off to sleep in no time flat. I am praying that I can return to work tomorrow and will only do the pills at night.
Oh one more GOOD thing.... I am now off my meds for cholosterol!!! I only have 1 med to go and then I am off all comorbidity meds! Now, that's something to cheer about.
I hope everyone has a great day. Looks like it's turning colder today, I am gonna stay in my PJ's today. No driving while I am taking this stuff.

Argh, I am so tired this morning. My back is killing me from working in the garden all weekend, and then yesterday morning I shampooed all the carpets, then went out to lunch with a great friend and shopping. I tried to sleep in bed last night but that didn't work, so back to my recliner. Some muscle relaxers, some pain meds and I slept for about 3 hours. Anyway I am going outside for the day and finish up the front yard. Then I will come back in and rest the day away.
Must have been a bad day for everyone yesterday, Dougie was cranky too. He hates changes, and they are making so many little ones, it bugs him, but then you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but they keep trying.
Ok off to the phone, make my dad a docs appt, then outside where I hope it is warm.
Everyone have a great day, and depression does go away, thank heavens. Lynnie, so GOOD to see your smiling face, miss you and your sis.
