Time clock is winding down!

Hey everyone, I thought I would give my last good bye before heading to Sacramento for my surgery.  We will be leaving tomorrow morning to head to Sac in order to get settled into our Motel so that when I have to start doing my bowel prep, ughh on Sunday we won't have to be on the road.  I will have my surgery on Monday.   We will have internet at the motel but I am not sure how much I will be able to do on there because my husbands computer does not have the low vision capabilities mine is set up with.  I could have him post for me after the surgery, though to let you all know how I am doing.  I can't wait to join you on the losers bench!!

Thanks so much.  I am a bit nervous but I think that is normal.  Dr Ali asked me if I was, I told him, yeah....he said, well, I would be worried if you weren't.  I know it is normal and it will pass once I know it is over.  The surgery part anyway. 

I woke up this am to realize that I forgot to take my insulin last night. It is a 24 hour insulin so I am not sure how this is going to effect everything.  Of all times to forget it. I haven't forgot to do it in months!!!   Hopefully I can adjust and my sugars won't go too high!!  So, I am going to have to be careful and not let the stress take over!!

Thank-you!  I know that I am going to enjoy collecting some of the niceties I have lost on my way up the scale!   I am looking forward to it!  This is cool to get so much encouragement from people who know exactly what you are going thru!

Thanks~ we are leaving early to try to get ahead of the rain. 

Yes, we will be running together, you know I think they could have persuaded us to run without that nasty drink, had they tried....lol  

It is going to be a blast doing this with other people I have never met but will become great friends with.
