Happy Saturday

OMG I should be in bed sleeping and here I am up....although tired and might still go back to bed!

So Happy Saturday to all of you!!! It is going to be a very warm weekend here already and I think I might have to catch some rays one way or another myself!

Even though I know it is the weekend....I have hell of work to do!!! Yearbook takes presidence...well sort of...I am really complacent about it right now...and OMG I have a trunk full of tiles that need to be painted and glazed. This is it....when I get that big box done.....I get to install the 4th student based mural I have done in the last 9 years. This one is not going to be as big as some of them I have done (remember the one back almost 4 years ago? That one was over 60ft!).

What is unique about this one is that one all the tiles are hand made either by me or the students themselves.....and they are all free form and in some very unique shapes.....I am loving it too! Where I will get some larger gaps, I have bought glass globs to fill it will so it will always have some sort of sparkle to it....bling bling LOL!

So what are you all up to today? I know there is the LB coffee going on and Miss Jean is going to be showing off her new and improved self if that could be possible!!! Have fun everyone and get tons of pictures!!!

I know there is going to be a certain crowd who is going to clean house and do chores...oh yuck....I be one of those too!

Chris....I am worried about you GF.....vertigo...that is awful!

Blondlocks....Diane...what you up to this weekend? Poor Dougie working so hard...and for parties....I am going to have one this year to celebrate my senior discount and then able to have 10% off at Ross's on Tuesday!!! Oh boy something to look forward to!

Naomi...what do you do at school? I am such a tard and have never asked! Hope you are not hurting too bad still from the workout!

Linda how are you feeling? It really sucks that you have gone through so much!

Monica I cannot believe Jordyn...walking so young and all...wow! Are you going to throw her a big bash? Have a lot of work this weekend? Can you believe in no time the state test is coming....Tuesday is the 7th grade benchmark writing test! Yikes....scary for our scores!

Lola did you say you were going to do a 20 mile run this weekend? I am just in awwwwwwwwwwww of you! I want to see a new posted pic too!

You got it right.  20 miles.  OMG!  What am I thinking.  I am nervous as usual, because I am my worst enemy and self doubt myself a lot.  But, I am up and going to give it my absolute best shot.  Funny thing.... I will do it.  I will complete these 20 and I will complete the freakin 26.1.  I am a Lion hear me Roar.  Okay, so I am a little crazy in the early morning hours.

I have so much to do today that I don't want to, and so many thing I want to do that I can't.  I wanted to go to LB Coffee and I can't.  I have a home inspection on Thursday and I need to get my husbands side of the garage ready.  Where we lived before they never did the garage but up here that is a concern.  I also need to get the pool ready for the spring time and company coming, and I don't mind that.  I had a huge fight with Sears about my dishwasher repair not happening but now they are coming out on Monday.  My stove is acting up so I need to think about getting a new one so I can get back to all my cooking Iove to do.  But not really in the budget now.  We will see.  Lu I hope you and D are feeling better.  I missed you yesterday.   Janine dont work too hard this weekend.  Christ feel better and all you Long Beach Coffee girls have a wonderful day today.  Jean I was so looking forward to seeing you live and all hotty potatty today.  You all take care and be nice to you today.

I am up way to early for a Saturday.  In fact, I've been awake since 5 just trying to get comfrotable.  My hips hurt a lot for some reason.  Hmmmm, could be my bed?  It's 10 years old and has two "dips" in it where the bodies lie.  Time for a new bed.  So, today I am going to go test drive a few beds, go to the gym and work out and build some lasagnes.  Unless they call me in then all plans are gone and new plans made.

I'm going to stoke up the fire, tuck in the blankie and try and sleep a bit more here in my chair. Oh, after I take some tylenol.

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

Yeah my lil go getter started walking at 10 months I think because she was so anti crawling.  She is actually having a birth reunion for her birthday.  My Mom and Dad, and best friends Reicy and Barbette were all in the room when she came into the world and with my dad flying in on monday they will all be here to celebrate her turning 1.

I do have an IEP to get done and I know that this one has to be on point as this is a student in the system and very troubled.  Also the house is not in shape for company at the moment so we will be doing some major cleaning this weekend.  But all of that is after coffee.  Can't wait to see ya Jean.

I know you have heard this before, but here it goes again.  GREAT SHOUT OUT!!! 

Janine, Try not to work so hard...you are an amazing person with all you beautiful art work...what a talent you have!!!  I hope one day I'll be able to make it out to see the one you did at the school in person. 

I guess I'm in the crowd of cleaning house and do chores today.  Our ladies came the other day to clean the house, but it was not there usually day...They came on Wednesday not Thursday so of course I was not ready for them.  You know you have to clean the house before the cleaning ladies can clean. LOL  so, to say the least they didn't do a great job...

I so wanted to go the LB coffee today, but I have running around to do, plus my grandson has he basketball game.  Hopefully next month....
