HI EVERYONE

Hi Everyone,

Well i am hoping everyone is doing good , i am here in tennessee now been here about 4 days and we have already rented a 3bdroom house 1 bath for 750.00 up in the mountains. we saw it in the morning on sunday and then on sunday afternoon we rented it ,it is so fast here to rent. i was like OMG.. its beautiful here but i miss cali so so much . everything here is so so slow paced. im not use to it.i dont know if i am going to like it or not but well see .i am looking for a job now but not to easy to do here. i am here at the library checking emails and looking for work. next week i will have internet at the house so i will be on all the time .

well take care and once i get on i wil post pics of our house.

my weight is doing so so, i have put on some weight but now that im here and have a kitchen and stuff i am going to start back on protein shakes . i saw the ucla wls before i left for a 3 yr follow up and he goes you gained weight im like is that bad or good since the last time he was putting me in a ambulance ,he goes you are looking good but you need to lose about 35lbs and no less . and he goes dont gain no more . \so that is what im working on .

Glad to see you are amongst the living! I have heard that Tennesse is very beautiful. My son's bil lives there and they went back there last year for a visit. Of course they went to Graceland too! LOL

I hope that things get better for you and that you are able to get your weight off with little effort. I know you have had a lot of problems and I wish you well with a new chapter in your life!

how are you and thank you for the email. i live in hixson which is a little town near chattanooga. it is beautiful here but so different then california that is forsure. i have had alot of issues in the past mostly caused by my stupidity. i was seen by the ucla dr before i left and i dont think he was too happy with me .i have gained alot of weight and im not sure if it will come off. im trying not to eat junk the last year as been nothing but junk and more junk. so now im doing protein shakes and this week i have lost 3lbs but thats not alot considering how much i gained. and the dr said do not starve your self like before to get it off. so i have to figure out a way for it to come off quickly and healthy . thanks for the email. im back on the net now at home so i will be checking out cali board more and im on the tennessee board now too trying to get support group information here but none around me . i miss monica's support group . she is a savior to me big time. i miss her alot .

Glad to see you on the Cali board and doing good...

I am glad you made it to Tennessee safely.  Where abouts in Tennessee are you living?  My father lives in Tellahoma.  My husband and I are going to visit my father the end of next month for two weeks.  Tennessee is very pretty, but you right it is a much slower pace then it is here...but, he older I get the slower I like things. LOL

Best wishes on getting back on track and start loosing again...I know you can do it.

thank you for the email .i am living in hixson near chattanooga. but maybe moving to nashville if i get this job that i applied for the pay is good and benefits are awesome. so well see. i just want some stability in my life and to get back on track im so off track its not even funny . . i dont like my self right now for the weight i have gained and only hope that i can get it off.

Hi Becky!

Wow, Tennessee has got to be a culture shock from California for sure.  Give it some time and I bet you will get used to it and end up loving it.  Is your daughter with you?

Take care and good luck on the job search.  Just focus on your weight and it will come off, but do it healthily.

how are you ? and thanks for the email. its a very big culture shock to say the least. and no my duaghter is not with me , we dont really talk much and seen each other much since i left last march for yosemite with my boyfriend who no one can stand .she pretty much wrote me out of her life ,which hurts a whole lot. im hoping i can repair the damage i caused her and her life. if she will let me but as it stands now she doesnt want anything to do with me. she told me the further the way i am is better for her. i may be moving agian if i get this job in nashville, its a good job its with at and t. who i worked for before . im waiting to hear from them .. im tired of moving my mail is all over the states im surprized the post offices still deliver it some how. i have so many addresses .. i will keep you posted. i hope i can get the weight off , i have eaten nothing but crap in the last year and drinking and all that garbage but im trying really hard not to eat junk,. my old habits are back and dont really know how to not eat it. i tell my self im not going to eat it and i do . i have to stand strong for me. but its harder said then done. i hate my self right now i am so fat .its not funny . but i will be on the boards more for support it helps .
