It's Tuesday in California...good day!
Good Morning all..I haven't slept yet...I do that sometimes, especially when I have things on my mind. My husband and I are discussing buying a foreclosed home at auction...and its got me searching out prospects on the internet and fretting over it all. We want a rental for our kids (daughter actually)...plus its a good investment now that the girls are nearly grown and gone. We've had rentals before and they can be a pain...I am not so sure I want to take the plunge again...but we've nearly got this home paid off...need $$$ deductions...know what I mean?
Have a good day, Cali-all....

Good morning to you Kim and I hope that you have a good day.....in terms of buying a house right now...if you can do it....go for it...there are a lot of bargins out there and for sure if it helps your daughters....well there you go!

Morning Janine...I'll trade you one good night's sleep for my early spot on the boards..lol
As for the house purchase...its partly to get my middle daughter OUT..lol ..she is so messy, she can mess up her own place (she'd pay rent of course) and see how long her fiance' lets her slack off.....unless he is messy too! They can learn to be tidy together..lol They are 23 and 22 respectively. I want her to move out...but still be close enough to beg me to cook for her...she can't do that very well either. I like being needed..just tired of picking up shoes, make-up, curling irons, clothes, dishes....you get the picture....
Hope you are feeling better!!

Good time to make that investment if you can afford it. Also another way to make her clean up after herself, just throw everything in the trash and she leaves it all over the house. Once she has no more makeup, bet she gets her act together. Now you know why I was never graced with KIDS!
