Today is a hard day for me.  I don't know why, I just don't feel like eating and when I do I just don't feel good.  The first two days were a breeze.  Well I am sticking to it no matter what.  I am tired today, I don't know why, but I am, so up to bed for me.  Glad you are doing so well.  This is way more food than I eat on an everyday basis.  Geesh, and here I thought my pouch had stretched out.....NOT!

Take good care, Hugs and love, Diane

I am so glad to hear you are doing well on this plan.  Here are 2 recipes.

Egg MockMuffins
1 pkg meat (turkey, sausage, chopped ham)
10-12 eggs (I use eggbeaters)
Mushrooms, chopped
Onion, chopped

Cook meat, adding mushrooms, onion or any other vegatable.
Spray muffin pan with Pam.  Pour meat and veggie mixture into the tins.  Top with egg beaters (about 1/4 cup per tin) and then shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
(They will deflate and can be frozen)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Parmesan Tuna Patties
1 (6-3/4 can) tuna (I use salmon)
1 Tbsp Mayo
1 large egg
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp ground Flax seed (use breadcrumbs)
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash onion powder
1 dash salt
Drain tuna.  Blend all ingredients in a medium bowl and forn into patties.  Fry in oil (I use olive oil****il brown at the edges.  Tuen.  Fry until done.
Both of these recipes can be used on Day 3 and onward. Enjoy!!
Ya know I just loves ya!  I will be doing the patties tonight.   Forgot to say, I add green onions to the patties.  Can't keep Perry out of them!!!  And I am so proud of you and Michelle.  You are doing wonderful.  Just takes some planning.
Well I feel renewed.  I never learned how to really eat because I was so sick for 8 months.  I feel like now I can continue with the recipes I have and finish off this last 50 lbs.  I want to be skinny so bad!
Thanks again, for your encouragement and friendship.
Love ya, Diane
Well you are testing my typing abilities, that is for sure.  But I am getting better and faster.   Did Doug like the taco soup?  I sometimes make parmesean cheese bread (in the machine) to go with the soup and P is in 7th heaven!!!  Men and their stomachs!
If you get carpel tunnel, it's not my fault!!!!!  Dougie loved the soup and he doesn't need bread to go with it.  I mean he may drop a few pounds himself!  That would be an added plus to all this.  I really cannot wait to weigh in on Sat!  I know that my tummy is smaller, I can tell that, just want to look great when I go to Laughlin and maybe attract some of those cowboys!!! Yeah Yeah, Dougie will be there, but I can dream, can't I???
Yeah we are, we are going with the boyz that work with Doug.  They invited their boss to go, so we are looking forward to some fun with them.  One reminds me so much of Doug in his younger days, and these guys are nutz, my kind of people.  Will be interesting, I don't even know what to wear to look good, never been to one in my life.
