REALLY struggling this week!

All of your words of advice, comfort, and support have helped me tremendously! I did so much better today. I have to admit, I was pretty freaked out. It's one thing to go off your diet before surgery; sure you feel like crap and are depressed about it. But after you've voluntarily allowed a doctor to rearrange your insides, cut most of your stomach out, create a mechanism that actually makes you sick when you overeat, AND then you are STILL overeating? OMG, talk about feeling hopeless! I just absolutely CANNOT gain the weight back, I just can't!
Thank you all so much; you've restored my faith that I can control this; look at all of you and how amazing you are and how well you are doing?! Love love love all of you!

DEANNA--- you are such an inspiration to me...and many more on this board...I know you have the strength to get past this!! YOU have been through a LOT lately---and that is probably a part of it--so that's the emotional monster calling your name....the carb monster's twin sister! I think you are smart to have joined ww for the accountability----and you know I am a shout away ( as is jenn and jaime too) Stay strong..... you did have this surgery---- you will beat it! ( maybe do the 5day pouch test that some are doing??? Just to get back on track to the basics???)
Well--- call me----- I'm up for coffee or a good walk with the doggies on the beach!
