Day 4 is Firm Protein (don't you just love all the names of protein? Soft, Firm and Solid LOL)
Ground meat (Turkey, beef, lamb, game) shellfish, scallops, lobster, salmon or halibut steaks; grilled. Protein bars or shakes as needed. 64 oz of water.
Refresher Course: The Four Rules
Rule 1: Protein First
Protein should be eaten first and three times a day. It should consume 50 percent of your food intake.
Rule 2: Drink lots of Water
Drink a min 64 oz of water a day
Rule 3: No Snacking
Do I need to elaborate on this one???
Rule 4: Exercise - daily
Exercise means moving your body. Walking, stretching, bending, inhaling and exhaling. People who successfully maintain their weigh exercise daily.
Remember to eat for 15 minutes only per meal. Then stop!!! Wait 15 mintues before you drink any fluid.
