Fremont Kaiser on March 11

Hi All,

I'll be at Fremont Kaiser on March 11 for my 3 year surgiversary appointment.  Anyone else going to be there that day also?

This is something new.....it'll be a 2 hour group follow-up appointment.  I'm guessing kind of like our group orientation appointment.  There are sooo many of us in the program now, I'm sure it is impossible to give everyone a one-on-one appointment anymore now that we're several years out with no problems.  Which makes sense....

Anyway, if you're there that morning....look for me and we'll visit!!

PS: In case you have trouble recognizing me....I don't have blonde hair anymore.....I'm the HOT-HOT mama with no hair.  Can't miss me!!  teeheehee

I had 8 rounds chemotherapy.....but who cares about a little hair?...add my name to the ovarian cancer survivor list!!!

well, Sharon has more guts than me...I wasn't gonna ask..BUT since you bring it up, Laura...no hair because??  You said no problems post op so must be a 'fashion' statement?? hee hee

Laura!  Forgot to say Congratulations on 3rd year post op!  Way to go and what an inspiration for the rest of us newbies to the process ^_^

Thanks for the Congrats!!  It's been a ride let me tell you!!  You'll see for yourself in 10 days!!

I think my hair is kind of a fashion statement anymore....heehee  I really love that I don't have to do anything to it and can be ready in the morning in less than a blink!!

This next week is St. Baldrick's Day....anyone shaving their heads????

Sorry, I tend to be nosey.  I love your spirit.  That will take you a long way.

Laura - you rock!  St. Baldrick's day - I totally love it.  I am just the nut that would shave my hair, but it just got normal again after surgery (a year and a half ago!).
